After graduating from the University of Western Sydney in 1997 with honours in Fine Arts, Caroline decided that the best way to continue to practice as an artist was to work for an extremely creative group of people. After spending some years in the beige cubicles of OTHER companies, she found the perfect solution when she met de Luxe & Associates in 2002. Caroline brings an easy clarity to the running of the de Luxe office and she keeps the organization running like a well oiled... canvas. We call her the iron fist of job-management in the velvet glove of niceness.
