Interactive learning tool
As part of an internal culture change program, the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care created a step-by-step checklist designed to help in resolving performance issues.
Taking the form of both practical steps and a demonstrative narrative, de Luxe edited and designed a wall frieze to literally walk employees through the process of successful conflict resolution.
In conjunction with the printed frieze, an interactive learning tool was also created, which employees could view and browse at their own pace, at their own workstations.
